Memorial website in the memory of your loved one
This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Hunter Ray Berry, who was born in Texas on February 10, 1998 and passed away on July 16, 2007 at the age of 9 while vacationing in Playa Del Carmen Mexico. His life was cut short by a tragic accident. Hunter's family learned a difficult lesson as to the inadequacies of emergency response and medical services in places outside of the U.S. The family wants to encourage those traveling outside the U.S. to take proper precautions in the event that an accident may occur. A website has been established to serve as a reference by sharing information about what travelers have experienced regarding inadequate emergency treatment and medical care in foreign countries.

We will remember him forever.

Hunter grew up living in The Town Of Flower Mound, Texas. Since he was 5 years old, he started playing baseball. He liked baseball so much that within 4 years of playing baseball, he had played on all the different teams listed below.

1. FM Boston Red Sox
2. FM Boston Red Sox
3. FM River Dogs
4. FM Yankees
5. Lewisville Tigers
6. Lewisville Select Tigers
7, Coppell Twins
8. FM Tigers---Won 1st Place in the League, and 2nd Place in City Tournament City Play. goto www.northtexastigers.com
9. Flower Mound All Star Team (played in the World Series, Hunter passed before the World Series)

Recently, there has been a Tournament Baseball Team formed here in Flower Mound, called the Flower Mound Hunters. Thanks - Coach Jerry Martin!

He played football for the first time in 2006. He played in the Lewisville Football Association League and played for the Baylor Bears, which advanced to the playoffs.

(At the end of any game played, he always wanted a Bahama MaMa Snowcone, Blueberry of course (he loved blue).

He also joined the Cub Scouts at Gabe's house and became a Cub Scout. A month before my boy passed, I was lucky enough to go on a weekend camping trip with him. A storm blew in on our tent but we just held on to each other and made it through the weather.  We didn't even get scared and stuck through that night and had a great night together. We kept telling stories to each other to keep our mind off the storm.  I will remember that night as long as I live!

Hunter always made friends every where he went.  He told Carolyn that he would be nice, even to his enemy, because one day his enemy might one day become his friend. ( I think we will put that on his stone.)

He loved playing video games with his big brother, helping out with the house, and playing with his baby sister.

Our house is a lot quieter now because of his departure from us, but we all know he is up there with God.  My baby boy is an angel -  I know it!
